Welcome to the FPB. In order to make your stay as pleasant and constructive as possible please take your time to read through this document. These rules can be changed at anytime, normally we announce changes via announcement in all the forums.

Members are responsible for the content of their posts. FPB is a website that believes that access to information for all is an important goal for society. As such, in principle, we aim to accommodate and welcome the sharing of all legal content on our website.

1. General Board-wide Rules 🌐

The language spoken/written on this forum is English.
Search before posting. Do not start new threads for topics already started.
Spamming will not be tolerated.
Do not post/request nudity or pornography. This includes Hentai (or other animated material).
Do not post profanity (outright or in a disguised manner) or incite racism, sexism or homophobia, or insult other members. Members involved may receive a ban without warning.
Multiple registrations are prohibited and are grounds for immediate account deletion.
There are threads for political discussions, do not discuss politics or religion any other place on the forum.
Absolutely no advertising of any other site. Do not place site names or references in username, posts, links, signatures or any other place on FPB. Additionally, advertising is not allowed in rar archives. Do not mention buying premium accounts, referrals or donations.
While we encourage open conversations, this is not a free speech forum. Some subjects may be deemed unsuitable for discussion on FPB. This is at Admin's discretion and posts may be edited/deleted at our discretion.
Disrespect of FPB, it's staff or any member will not be tolerated.

2. Sharing Rules

See allowed file hosts please. (here)
All external links must be coded.
Link containers and Link savers are not permitted.
Links must go directly to the host site.
If an archive is passworded, the password must be posted.
No site names are allowed in usernames, links, signatures or link passwords.
Do not make thank you posts or leave comments or remarks in the Resource areas, it only clutters the thread and makes a mess when dead posts start to be removed. Use the"Like" button instead. If something is wrong with a post, report it and staff will look into it.
Do not post links to freeware either download links or to a web page. It is not allowed.
DO NOT MAKE REQUESTS or ASK FOR LINKS or REUPS IN THE RESOURCE Areas.
Anything with a foreign language must have and state in the post that English subs are included.

3. Image Rules

Images posted on FPB must not be live (clickable, which will open up to another site). they must be uploaded by the member to an image sharing site and linked to from there using image tags.
Nudity nor profanity is allowed. All images deemed inappropriate will be removed, such as any image where the subject appears to be under the age of 18.
While there is no image size limit, excessively large images will be deleted at staff discretion.

4. Request Rules

Request rules are posted in each Request forum. Read them before requesting.

5. Avatar Rules

All avatars must follow all rules of the forum. Nudity and drug related images are not allowed.
